Cherry
Cherry is a warm, reddish-brown finish with fine, even grain. It reads as classic without being ornate, and it suits a wide range of locker room builds – from panelled, traditional designs to contemporary facilities where a warm wood tone offsets metal hardware and hard surfaces.
The finish is notable for how it changes over time. Cherry deepens with exposure to light, shifting from a lighter reddish tone toward a richer amber-brown over the first few years. Most finishes look the same the day they’re installed and a decade later. Cherry does not.
Appearance
The grain is tight and consistent, without the pronounced figuring of some wood species. Colour varies naturally from piece to piece within a warm reddish-brown range, and cherry photographs well under both natural and artificial light.
It pairs well with deeper team colours – navy, forest green, burgundy, black. Against lighter palettes it can read as heavy; in those applications, maple or white oak typically integrates more cleanly. Cherry is at its best when the palette is built around it.

Specifications
Available across standard PROlocker custom athletic locker configurations. Custom stain options are available to adjust the tone lighter or darker while maintaining the grain character. Cherry is a natural material and will vary slightly in colour between panels; this variation is inherent to the finish.
